Sigatoka River Safari
This multi-award-winning, family-friendly attraction transports you deep into the heart of the Fijian interior on board a custom safari jet boat to explore Fiji’s beautiful riverside villages, dense jungles, and natural landscapes - areas that are usually inaccessible to outsiders.
The iconic Sigatoka River is the lifeblood and longest waterway on the main island of Viti Levu. It stretches from the hills of Navosa Province right down to the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park on the Coral Coast. Go on a guided village tour to get into the heart and soul of Fiji, and learn the locals' carefree way of life.
UNESCO Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park
Take a walk back in time in the footsteps of early humans at the prehistoric Sigatoka Sand Dunes. Recognised all over the world as a place of great heritage significance, the attraction was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List in 1999.
Buried beneath the dune sands are important archaeological artifacts and secrets about the history of man's first arrival on Fiji, which continue to be unearthed by wind today. The spectacular dunes reach staggering heights of up to 60 metres and also house pockets of Dune Dry Forests. These are floristically unique and home to many wildlife such as the Fijian Swallowtail Butterfly, fruit bats, Goshawks, giant stick insects and cryptic Pacific Boa, contributing to Fiji's rich biodiversity.
It's easy walking with views of a lifetime, perfect for families of all ages.
Kula Wild Adventure Park
Founded in 1997, this is Fiji's largest, family fun park and also an ecological preserve. The massive 28-acre attraction offers various activities and experiences for every member of the family, so be prepared for a day of fun!
Take a walk on the wild side by exploring giant enclosures housing the resident parrots, doves, water birds & reptiles; or take in colourful marine displays of turtles, soft and hard coral and tropical fish all native to Fijian seas. As the only captive breeding facility for endangered indigenous species, your kids will also get to learn more about environmental awareness and conservation with the free classes on offer.
Feel at one with nature by going for a walk high up amongst the treetops on elevated boardwalks. Or rough it out with the kids on a jungle waterslide and Fiji's only roller-coaster zip rail. This is one place your little ones won't want to miss.
